Are any new conditions contemplated for the 2015 International? I thought I saw these things considered:
10 minutes of metagaming
5 seconds per move
Game recognition
Any of these would significantly alter the nature of the challenge, so it would be nice to have some warning if these conditions will be added.

We are still deciding on the conditions for the competition. The conditions for the MOOC competition were approx. 60 sec of metagaming with a 20 sec play clock, so there's a good chance the format will be the same for this competition. As soon as we've decided on the format, we'll post it here.

Longer start clocks are still a possibility, especially in the case of "bad" games with lengthy GDL descriptions. (There is a strong possibility that we will test players on these types of games to distinguish those who skillfully handle these situations.) In general, the length of metagaming with vary from game to game as will the play clock, but the play clock will probably range from 10 to 20 secs in most cases. Players should be prepared to handle whatever we throw at them. :-)
The second bullet point is probably not happening.
